The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you strong rights over your personal data. As a platform that handles medical enquiry data, we take these rights seriously. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them quickly and easily.

Special Category Data

Medical and health information is classified as "special category data" under GDPR, which receives enhanced protection. BalcanCare only processes health-related information that you voluntarily provide in an enquiry form, and only for the purpose of connecting you with the relevant clinic. We never use health data for marketing or profiling.
