Right to be Informed
You have the right to know how we collect and use your data. This is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Right of Access
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, free of charge.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or a GDPR request, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority:
Special Category Data
Medical and health information is classified as "special category data" under GDPR, which receives enhanced protection. BalcanCare only processes health-related information that you voluntarily provide in an enquiry form, and only for the purpose of connecting you with the relevant clinic. We never use health data for marketing or profiling.
