What does 'Founding Partner pricing locked forever' mean?+
If you subscribe now at the founding price, that price is yours permanently — even when we raise prices for new clinics. The only condition is that you maintain an active subscription.
How many founding spots are available?+
We're limiting founding spots to 5 per specialty per country to protect exclusivity. Once those are filled, the founding price is no longer available for that category.
When do I start paying?+
You apply and get verified for free. Payment only starts when your profile goes live and you choose a paid plan. You can stay on Starter (free) indefinitely.
Do you take commission on bookings?+
Never. BalcanCare operates on a transparent subscription model only. We do not take a percentage of your treatment revenue — ever.
Can I list my doctors and team members?+
Yes. Growth and Pro plans include unlimited specialist profiles linked to your clinic. Each doctor appears in our Doctors directory with a link back to your clinic.
What happens if I don't get any inquiries?+
The platform is new and we're building traffic. We're offering founding pricing precisely because we're in early stage — you get the lowest price in exchange for early commitment. We're confident in our growth trajectory but we won't make promises about inquiry volumes.
